Overview

Jessup Ridge is a planned community located off NC HWY 150 and Cedar Hollow Road in Northern Guilford County.

The amenities are designed to appeal to families who are attracted to outdoor and nature-oriented activities. Homeowners and their families will enjoy the green space and natural walking trails found throughout the community, along with a planned community outdoor activity area to open this year.

Multiple phases are underway, featuring beautifully wooded lots within walking distance of the new Haw River State Park.  Homes start in the high $500’s.
